The coega HCS produced 8000 competent trainees in a varietal of disciplines during the financial year alone, and has implemented projects skills programmes, learnerships, apprenticeships, S28 trade Testing and Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) Services to the collective value of R180m on behalf of the Merseta, FoodBev SETA, National Skills Fund through the Office of the Eastern Cape Premier, the Nelson Mandela Metro, Eastern Cape Department of Roads and Public Works.
